This wool spun from Maude and her friends, our Zoar Farms flock of sheep, blends the fleeces of our naturally colored dark wool with white to create a lovely heathered gray.
All of our yarn is spun by Green Mountain Spinnery, inc., the Vermont mill in Putney, Vermont, without chemicals or dyes. Only vegetable-based oils and soaps, rather than petroleum based products are used in the cleaning process, so the best qualities of the fiber are maintained.
