The first in our new series of Evangelist and Apostle Saint Cards, the verse on the inside of St. Matthew's Note Card and the back of the bookmark is taken from the stikhera for his feast and reads: "Saint Matthew, you were called by Christ to heavenly discipleship and delivered from subjection to earthly cares. Herald of glad tidings and guide to salvation for those who wander astray, pray for those who honor you!"

Printed in dark red and black ink on heavy, textured card stock.

The note cards are available in dozens and half-dozens, with matching envelopes. 4 1/4" X 5 1/2"
